Your Mighty Purpose: Graduate & Apprentice Programme

Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders Through Social Purpose

This year-long programme is designed specifically for graduates and apprentices as part of their early career development. It weaves seamlessly into existing learning pathways and offers something beyond technical training: a chance to build real-world leadership skills while delivering meaningful social impact.

At its core, the programme has two aims. First, to give participants the experience of working on a live project with genuine social value, supporting the company’s CSR and ESG goals. Second, to help them grow into steadfast future leaders by developing behaviours such as purpose-driven thinking, curiosity, problem-solving, teamwork, and influence.

How the Programme Works

Month 1: Kick-Off Gathering | Shared Purpose
We begin with a half-day gathering that teaches about the role of purpose in our lives and in organisations. Participants reflect on what matters to them and how their strengths might connect to the needs of society. In small teams of around eight, they choose a community challenge to work on for the year ahead.

Month 2: Exploration Forum | Curiosity in Action
This session teaches the role of curiosity in understanding issues more deeply. Participants explore local and global challenges, practise asking practical questions, and assess ideas for feasibility. By the end, each team has chosen a partner organisation.

Months 3: Building the Relationship
Teams reach out to their chosen organisation. Here they learn by listening, understanding what is genuinely needed before offering support. Together, they agree on a practical way forward that will make a posiitve difference to the cause and their work.

Months 4–10: Doing the Work
Teams put learning into practice by delivering their projects, whether supporting events, creating resources, or raising awareness. Every six weeks, we host a short check-in to problem-solve and measure progress.

Month 11: Reflection Session | Measuring the Impact
This session teaches how to review impact honestly and clearly. Participants gather outcomes, challenges, and lessons, shaping them into an account that highlights both the community’s needs and the team’s contribution.

Month 12: Celebration Event
The year closes with a gathering where teams deliver an engaging presentation that shares their projects’ impact with colleagues, leaders, and community partners. It is a moment to recognise what has been achieved and to underline what has been learned.

Outcomes

By the end of the programme, participants will have:

  • Built genuine relationships with a local charity or community group.

  • Experienced the reality of creating social impact through direct action.

  • Connected their personal values to meaningful contribution.

  • Strengthened teamwork, initiative, and resilience by delivering something real.

For your business, the benefit is two-fold: visible social impact (CSR/ESG) and the growth of graduates/apprentices who are engaged citizens, committed to responsibility and purpose.

The Investment

Running Your Mighty Purpose requires approximately 30 days of our team’s time each year, encompassing preparation, facilitation, project management, and coordination. We ask for £800 per day, which is split transparently:

  • 50% covers the delivery costs: Designing and running the workshops, coaching the teams, liaising with your graduate/apprenticeship leads, and managing the programme throughout the year.

  • 50% is a charitable donation: Supporting our wider work of bringing free purpose-led workshops into schools around the world.

Total Programme Cost: £24,000

This investment not only develops your future leaders and supports your CSR/ESG goals, it also directly funds opportunities for young people in schools to discover their own purpose and contribution. In this way, your business impact is doubled: developing talent inside your organisation while making a tangible difference outside of it.

We also offer shorter versions of the programme, which we can discuss. Please just get in touch with our team here.
