Your Mighty Purpose is a 90-minute workshop we run in schools across the world. It’s completely free for schools to host, though if you’re in a position to make a small donation, it helps us keep the programme sustainable and bring it to even more young people.

Purpose
The workshop is designed to help students connect what makes them unique: Their gifts, strengths and passions with causes in their community that truly need them. We believe every young person has something meaningful to offer, and this session gives them the tools and confidence to see that for themselves.

What They Learn
The 2-hour session is energetic, interactive, and built so that students learn by doing. They take part in practical exercises that help them explore their own strengths, reflect on what matters to them, and identify where those qualities could make a difference.

Alongside this, we build in real-world guidance: how to commit responsibly, how to avoid over-promising, and how to make sure their volunteering is sustainable for them and genuinely useful to the organisations they choose to support.

Outcomes
By the end of the workshop, students have a clearer sense of who they are and how they might contribute to something bigger than themselves. Many leave with a concrete first step they can take toward volunteering. To date, 93% of students have gone on to get involved in their communities after taking part, and schools have given 100% positive feedback.

For us, the most important outcome isn’t the statistics, it’s that moment when a student lights up and realises: “I can do this. I have something to give.”
