Teams arrive at Work | Well from very different starting points.
Some people may be feeling stretched, overloaded, or close to burnout.
Others may enjoy their work but want healthier ways to manage pressure and focus.
Some may be early in their careers and still forming sustainable habits.
Others may be experienced professionals carrying long-term responsibility.Whatever the starting point, the course is designed to meet people where they are and offer practical tools they can apply immediately.
The course is delivered online in a highly engaging, workshop-style format.
It combines practical exercises, reflection, and shared discussion in a supportive, psychologically safe environment.
The course is led by Benjamin Western, who brings over two decades of experience across the humanitarian, public, and corporate sectors as a learning designer and facilitator.

Work | Well is a 2.5-hour facilitated session, designed to fit neatly into a morning or afternoon slot. The structure balances pace and depth, giving participants time to reflect, practice, and leave with a practical toolkit they can use immediately.
The course is built around a simple two-part framework: WELL and WORK.
WELL focuses on protecting energy and personal stability. Participants explore early warning signs of strain, understand what drains and restores their energy, and identify small, realistic habits around lifestyle and boundaries that help prevent burnout.
WORK focuses on clarity and sustainable productivity. Participants learn simple ways to prioritise what matters most, organise work without adding complexity, reset focus under pressure, and let go of unnecessary perfectionism.
Together, WELL and WORK form two sides of the same coin: helping people stay well while doing good work.
